I have created CombinedRuleUserList via PHP v201809 AdWords API. The user list was created in server but it shows as Visitors of a page . Please let me know the problem here. Attached soap request/response details.

Note: Rules list also not added, attached screenshot as well.

Hello,

Can you elaborate on your concern? For example, what should the expected results be in the UI instead of "Visitors of a page"? Please provide more details so I better understand your question. Additionally, I was not able to find any errors in your logs. It is also possible that your expected results are not yet supported in the API.
