Data for Discovery Ads (Web)

Hi,

Hope this email finds you well.

I was trying to extract data for Discovery ads, and I only found fields for video Discovery ads in the ad_group_ad report, and some data for images and text assets using the assets report (but without metrics).

I was wondering if there is an option to see asset-level metrics for Discovery ads, like the data you can find for App Campaigns in the ad_group_ad_asset_view report .

Is there any option like this? Can I see Discovery ads data in some other way?

Thank you for reaching out.

Managing Discovery Campaigns and  ad_group_ad_asset_view for Assets designed for Discovery Campaign unique is not currently supported in the Google Ads API. These are known requests for future versions of the API so please keep an eye on our blog for updates. Discovery Campaigns and related resources are viewable in the API starting in v5 with a type of UNKNOWN.

If there are Asset you you expect should have views available via a Report we would be happy to look into that further. Please reply to author with complete request and response logs with a RequestID.
