How can I get the last updated date of a user_list ?

Thanks for posting your concern.
I am afraid that it is currently not possible to get the date on when the user list is updated. As a workaround, you may note the timestamp of the API request for updating user list.
However, let me raise a feature request to my team for this, subject for review. Please follow our blog to receive updates and new releases.
