How can I update audience using phone number?

I only found how to do it using e-mail. I want to update it everyday.

Hello Ivan, 

Please check this guide on how to add Phone numbers to the member list. You will need to use the AdWordsUserListService.mutate() using the list member as hashedphonenumber. A list can be uploaded with only one type of data and once uploaded will not accept any other ID types. You will need to specify the members as hashedPhoneNumbers in this section of the Java sample. Code samples in other languages can be found here. Also, please note that It takes 6 to 12 hours for a list to be populated with members, so you'll most likely see an "In Progress" status (on the AdWords UI) if you upload to an audience list more frequently than once every 12 hours.
