I am looking for a way to automate my text ads dynamically with the csv product feed, I am looking to do this automated via adwords API in PHP

In the AdWords API, you could use the Ad Customizers which are feed based and it is used for dynamically setting the information to your Ads. Please check out our Ad Customizers guide and the AddAdCustomizer example code for PHP client library.
