Re markerting list with managed campaign

I run display campaign and I use managed placement for my campaign but I also use remarketing list then I see that no meaning of managed list of websites because google give the first preference to remarketing list. & not used my added websites URL. then what I do for use remarketing list with managed placement.

To target a specific remarketing list using placements, check out our guide on Targeting user lists. The BiddableAdGroupCriterion object has a field called criterion where you can set a Placement criterion.
