Template Element is Null

Hello,

I'm using the API to pull data from AdWords and as I'm going through my Ads, there is a TemplateAd object which has a null Template Element.  I've taken a look at the documentation for TemplateAds and it seems TemplateElements should never be null.  I'm not sure on how my particular case is happening.  I will supply further data as needed.

Hi Min,

TemplateElements when pulled via the AdGroupAdService of the AdWords API are sometimes null when the templateId of the ad is not supported by the AdWords API. However, in order to be sure that it is indeed the case, kindly provide us the SOAP request and response when you pulled in the null value. Please do reply privately when sending the required information.
