No reply on Google Ads API Standard Access level request

Hi,

I have, over four weeks ago, filled out the request form (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/standard_token_application) for our Google Ads API Access level to be upgraded to "Standard Access" for our MCC ID: 995-044-7151 .

But I have not yet received a response yet on the access level application (while the indicated response time is 3 business days), can you let me know what the status is?

Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 995-044-7151
Cases ID: N/A (was not provided)
Access level: Standard Access
