Retraction Uploads Offline Calls

Hi, We made two offline_calls conversion uploads using google ads api and we made the mistake of writing the conversionAction inverted. Is there any way to undo those conversion uploads and then reload them correctly? For upload_offline_click we use the uploadConversionAdjustments method but we can't make it work for upload_offline_calls because we don't have order_id.

Please find the below responses for your queries:

Please try to re-upload conversion using Upload Call Conversions.

2) For upload_offline_click we use the uploadConversionAdjustments method but we can't make it work for upload_offline_calls because we don't have order_id

There are two types of adjustments that can be made:

• When you have a Google click ID (GCLID) and conversion date time available, you can adjust a conversion by uploading a ConversionAdjustment.
• You can also adjust a conversion when you have an order ID available instead of a Google click ID and conversion date time.
