User Management API in Google Ads.

I am currently working on automation of Goggle Ads application where My main focus is to create a provider in golang (due to unavailability of client library I will have to create my own client library in go) which will interact with terraform by using which we can create, read, update and delete the User by using HTTP request to Google Ads API calls, so I am in bit confusion is it possible to do it using normal paid account or I need a google manager account with approved developer token because as far as I know in both the accounts we can add user using the plus sign and adding them using emails and deciding roles but not able to see API calls for doing such with normal Paid accounts of google Ads.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. There was a system issue on our end so we were unable to respond to you earlier. You could only create, get and update client accounts under manager account via the API. However, none of the CRUD operations are supported for the manager account. Please also note that the REMOVE operation for the client account is not supported via the API. You could refer to this documentation for more information about the CustomerService.
