Problem with creating Billing && Budget

Hello! 

We have strange problem with process of creating accounts

 In our project script looks like: Create acc > Add Profile > Create Budget > Send invitation 

We''re working with API for more than a year, and it works fine for us. But, unfortunately,  around 2 weeks ago we caught strange problem (and were catching it again and again, but in, around, 5% of total cases):

Creating an acc, but on adding payment profile (or, sometimes, on creating budget) Google returns an error.

Here's the respond:

After reviewing your concern, I understand that while adding a payment profile to your Google Ads account, you are getting an INVALID _ARGUMENT error. Kindly note that the provided response message is not enough to address your issue. To investigate your issue further, please provide us complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

Kindly note that you have to enable logging if you are using a client library. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Please be informed that version 15 is deprecated as of February 21, 2024, and will sunset by the end of September 25, 2024. So, I would suggest you upgrade to v16. For information regarding depreciation and sunset, you can check this reference document, and you may follow this link to upgrade to the latest version.
