Add a campaign without a shared budget

Hi, 

Is it possible to create a new campaign with a fixed daily budget just for that campaign instead of attaching to it a shared budget like in the example:

Hi Costantin,

When creating a campaign and its budget, you can set the budget field explicitly_shared to false.
