Almost every hour, the store visits metric in Google Ads UI changes for a customer. This report is for last month (September 1st and September 30th), so I am not sure why the data is not settled yet.

Is this normal?

I can provide a screenshot privately.

Thanks,

Same client
Same date range (Sept 1st - Sept 30th)
Different Store Visit results

DateTime                                        Results
10/19/2023 20:18                         2281.45
10/19/2023 20:51                         2282.59
10/20/2023 09:30                         2282.79
10/23/2023 14:10                         2392.62

What is the reason for this change?

Looks like store visits can be attributed to the last 30 days, so that's why it's changing.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are getting different store visits result for same client with same date range. To assist you better, we would require the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) to investigate this issue further on our end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .NetPHPPythonRuby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.
