Size of User List Differs from Value Displayed in UI

Hi,

I uploaded a CrmBasedUserList via the API. The AdWords UI shows a list size (Google Properties) of 33,000 for the audience. But querying the user list via the API always returns "size":"0","sizeRange":"LESS_THAN_FIVE_HUNDRED".

Why does the API not return the same size the UI displays?

Exactly the same issue here. I have a CrmBasedUserList with 1100 users in the adwords UI by the api always returns "size":"0","sizeRange":"LESS_THAN_FIVE_HUNDRED".
Any insights on this issue ?

Could you please confirm if the guidelines mentioned in the "Caveats" section of this guide (such as using only @gmail addresses) are met? In that case, could you please provide me with your 10 digit AdWords account ID?
