LOP and AOI targeting in beta API

Hello, I need to set the "People in, or who show interesting in, your target locations" option as shown in the Google Ads UI when creating a "Brand Awareness and Reach" -> "Display" campaign under "Locations" -> "Target" programatically using the beta API

In the Adwords API I see that there is the GeoTargetTypeSetting type which lets you specify inclusions/exclusions for LOP and AOI. I was wondering what the equivalent is in the beta API?
