I have submitted a request for a Basic Access Level of a Google Ads Developer token but nothing happened and nowhere to track the process.

I want to have a Basic Access Level of a Google Ads Developer token (ACCOUNT ID: 449-466-2301) as soon as possible to ensure that our customers can use our new feature (Sync Google Ads Audience) with their real Google Ads Account. However, I have submitted the application form twice at https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/new_token_application but still nothing happened. And also no email notification came into my email inbox as well.
So, my issues are

1. Are there any solutions to get a higher access level of GoogleAds Developer Token as soon as possible?

2. Where can I track the approval process? Because I don’t see anything after submitting a form even a confirmation email after submitting. So, I don’t have a chance to know where the current approval process is.
