BatchJobProcessingError.INTERNAL_ERROR when sending a large batch job

Hello,

I am getting InternalError when trying to create 110000~ ad groups in one batch job,

It finishes uploading using the IncrementalUploader and then when I poll the status I get Cancelled with the error

Job ID for example is: 990904380

 Are you still facing this issue? I see that your batch job is quite large. However, if there are no other batch jobs running against that account the size of the batch job should most likely not be an issue. Please note that there is a limit on the size of active batch jobs an account can have which is 1 GB per account. To be sure, you could try with a smaller batch job and see if that is working for you. If you are still facing failures, would you be able to enable the SOAP logs and share the logs of your upload operation? If you need steps to enable logging, please check the README file of the client library that you are using. 

Also, please make sure that all the ad groups are not being added in a single campaign as there is a limit of 20,000 ad groups per campaign. You could check this help center article for more details on the system limits.

Thanks for getting back to me,

Yes we are still facing this issue,

We had no other jobs running at the same time, It also reproduced today on another job with ID:996342277

I don't think It should reach 1 GB - we are uploading about 1600000 keywords from a file that it's size is about 250 MB, so no where near 1 GB.

(I guess if that was the problem then another type of error would raise - BatchJobError.DISK_QUOTA_EXCEEDED - No?)

Smaller batches do work.
which logs of upload operations? these are many logs - also, the error occurs after I finish the upload - while I am waiting for the job to finish,

It reproduced today (Job ID: 996342277) and uploaded only 614987 keywords out of the 1600000 keywords it should have, 

and all I see in the errors list is one error:

'BatchJobProcessingError.INTERNAL_ERROR'

I don't know what to make of it,

would you mind taking a look on your end please and focusing me on the issue?

You are right, if the size of the batch job is causing the failure, you should be getting the BatchJobError.DISK_QUOTA_EXCEEDED error. From your description it does seem like the Batchjob is indeed getting completed and a portion of the requests are passing while the rest is failing with BatchJobProcessingError.INTERNAL_ERROR. By upload logs, I meant the SOAP logs ( portion of both request and response) of a sample set corresponding to a couple of operations that were failing along with your CID. I would like to make sure that the input is fine and also you are not hitting any sort of entity or system limits. Since a portion of the requests are passing, it is likely that you may be hitting campaign level/ account level limits for the rest. It would be much faster to troubleshoot if you have the logs. If not, please confirm and I can try to take a look at our end.
