Hello Dennis,

You could create multiple entities in a single BatchJob. For example you could create a campaign, AdGroup and BiddableAdGroupCriterion in the same request using temporary IDs. You could refer this Using temporary IDs section of the Batch processing guide for more information.

The service equivalent to the BatchJobService is not yet available via Google Ads API. You could keep an eye on our blog for information related to the future releases.
