Can't create MCC test account

I'm trying to create a new MCC test account with the link on doc. After filling the form and click to "create test account", the page start refreshing and never stops.

I called to adwords assistant but they said is a problem due to changes on invoicing process (now is mandatory) and seams it's not implemented in test account process.

Any Idea how can I create the account?

Could you please try logging off from any account, clearing cookies and repeating the process?

The process has changed but it should be functional now.

I tried with 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE), removed cookies, incognito, etc. Nothing works. The browser refreshes the page every 3 seconds.

People from Adwords Call center said they can't help me because this is a feature for developers.

I am having the same problem and have tried two different google accounts. I contacted AdWords support and they said the signup process wasn't complete for the account so I had to give them permission to delete that adwords account and try again. My prouction MCC account I created also does the similar thing for when I go to the billing summary, it just refreshes back to the main page.

Hello everybody,

I have the same problem. After creating a test account, the site is refreshing every 3 to 5 seconds and never stops. I've called the Support hotline, but they can't help me. They meant, to create a new account, but the same problem is still there. The lady on the phone told me, that the registration process is not finished well. OK, but what I should do?

It would be nice, if you can help me.

Hello All,

The original issue is resolved now. Due to an internal issue the accounts were created in an invalid state.

You can create new test MCC accounts now. Those created in the invalid state will be removed shortly.
