GOOGLE TRANSLATE API LIMIT

I am using googl translate API in my android studio project, once i press the TRANSLATE button i receive the below error in my Logcat. please help. i have setup my billing and i even paid 10$ to my console account.

PLEASE FORGIVE ME IF I AM POSTING TO THE WRONG GROUP AND SUGGEST ME LINK FOR THE APPROPRIATE GROUP.

Below is the error in my Android LogCat.
