Hello,
how can I disable API on my google ads account? I only have seen options how to disable it in Google Cloud Console, but I want to disable this feature in my Google Ads Manager Account.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.
You can only disable Google Ads API using Google cloud console, I would suggest to refer to the Disable an API help center article. Whereas from Google Ads account you can restrict the access level of the users.
If you need further clarifications on Google Ads account, provide us with the customer Id, then we can route you to the appropriate support team.
Do note that our team can only assist with the technical queries/concerns related to the Google Ads API.
