Hi Ashish,

The UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR usually occurs when something unexpected happened while processing the request. Below are the common causes.

• Temporary resource related issues in the AdWords API server
• The API isn't functioning correctly due to a bug

What we can suggest is to submit the request after 30 seconds. If the problem persists, kindly provide the SOAP request and response logs showing the behavior for us to check this further via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Thanks for getting back to us and for confirming that this error occurs frequently.

As previously mentioned by my colleague (Ernie), were you able to retry the API request? Can you share to us the updated SOAP logs (request and response with requestId)? Once provided, we will be raising this to the team along with the old and new logs for further checking.
