Why is there no report data with the report type "AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT"

Hi Yunfei,

Thank you for reaching out. The campaigns in account 749-324-9895 are App Campaigns. The Ad Performance Report is not one of the available reports to be queried for App Campaigns in the AdWords API. Please see the list of available reports for App Campaigns in the AdWords API. You could give it a try to query the ad_group_ad resource via the Google Ads API.
