API Basic Access Application

Hello,

I am writing to follow up on our recent application for the Google Ads API Token Basic Access.

As of today, it has been over one month since we've applied it, and we have yet to receive any response or updates from Google regarding our application.

 We would really appreciate any information you can provide on the status of our application or any additional steps we may need to take.
Please let me know.

This is our information we applied below details.
We just need a Basic Access at first so just check Case ID first one I wrote.

- Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 558-790-2784
- Case ID: 3-4277000035489(Basic Access), 4-8566000035609(Standard Access), 
- Access level : Basic Access

I applied for the basic access level token one month ago, but I haven't received any response. I submitted the contact form a few weeks ago and there isn't any reply. Google ads token is very important to our company. Without the token, our company cannot have further operation. Please help us reach out to the API team! Here is our manager account ID. We cannot find the case number.
