InternalApiErro after access BudgetService

anyones else  have problem about this error ?

I've access BudgetService to select data but api return this error to me.

and now i can't check my payment or order on adword customer center,How I fix this Problem

If you look more carefully in the error messages, there should be something more informative than InternalApiError. 

You could send the SOAP request and response. Just click Reply privately to author in the forum when responding.
