It appears that your concern is about the equivalent code in Google Ads API. With this, can I ask what client library you are using? So that our team can see if there are sample codes that we can refer to you.

If you are referring to destination URL it has been deprecated and here's a description in product support. Here's an equivalent field called finalUrls. Feel free to get back to us if this isn't what you are looking for.

Here are URL definitions differences between AdWords and Ads APIS.

You may use the ad_group_ad report, you can click on the  'help me build a query' button to generate a correct report definition. There are many URL fields to pick from. 

For a Java sample we have a folder containing reporting samples that can be modified for your particular report. Note that you can modify the report definition and the output creation.

For ad creation we have an example with finalUrl for RSA's.
