IP block 162.62.231.0/24 wrongly located as China — should be Germany (Frankfurt)

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue where the IP range 162.62.231.0/24 is being geolocated by Google as located in China. However, this block is assigned to our servers hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.

This mis-location results in failures when accessing Google services (e.g. Measurement Protocol `https://www.google-analytics.com/mp/collect`) from our Frankfurt-based servers, as Google either routes traffic incorrectly or blocks requests.

Details:
- IP range: 162.62.231.0/24
- Actual location: Frankfurt, Germany (Europe)
- Issues observed: frequent timeouts, connectivity drops when calling GA endpoints
- DNS resolving view: resolves from EU resolver to IPs in this range, but Google treats them as China
- Our infrastructure: Tencent Cloud Frankfurt region, static external IP allocations

Could you please review the geolocation data for this block and update it to reflect its correct location? We understand updates may take time and do not require personal follow-up, but this fix is critical for the usability of Google Analytics and related services in our environment.
