Do LCS clients (Large Customer Sales) clients receive free maps API Credit

I'm a large AdWords spender and I get a Google dedicated rep.  Is there any opportunity to secure additional credits beyond what is free for everyone?

Hello,

All users are subject to the same rate limits, regardless of size.

Additionally, accounts with standard access have no daily limit on operations.
