Hi,
When creating RuleBasedUserList with StringRuleItem Do I need to encode the value of the rule item?
Do I need to avoid some characters or to follow this formatting rules: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7280698 ?

Thanks

Hi

There's no need to encode the value of your StringRuleItem when creating RuleBasedUserList. However, you may take note that for URL/Referrer URL, value can not contain illegal URL chars such as: "()'\"\t". Also, yes, you could follow the link that you provided to fix the common formatting issue if you're using custom parameters.

Thanks and regards,
Luis
