Hi,

This may be a problem with your local environment or proxy settings in your network. I found a post on the Stackoverflow about the same issue. Could you also confirm if you have set any properties for proxy settings in your ads.properties file? If you continue to get this error, my suggestion is to create an issue on the libraries issue tracker. The library owner is better equipped to point you in the right direction.
