Google Ads API Campaign Budget amount discrepancy

Hello, 

We see discrepancy in UI and API for campaign budget. We set campaign budget to 70 in UI, but from API we get campaign_budget.amount_micros = 80_000_000 which is previous budget value. Can you help us to understand a cause?
