Good afternoon!

How to connect the two filters together:

ga:cityid=~^(1011969|1012040|1011981|1012052|1012029|1011941|1012077|1011984|1012013|1011867|1011874|1012054|1012068|1011993|1011985)$

and

 ga:medium=@cpc;ga:source=@Yandex_CPC,ga:source=@direct,ga:source=@yandex_cpc

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. It does not appear to have to do with the AdWords API. If this about the AdWords API, can you please add more details and context so that I can understand your issue?
