Action Required for API Terms & Conditions update?

There was a notification in my Adwords MCC at the end of July saying "The AdWords API Terms and Conditions have been updated: to ensure uninterrupted access to the AdWords API, please review and accept the updated Terms & Conditions". 

Is there actually required action or will the T&C be automatically accepted if nothing is done? This question is on behalf of a client's API that I don't have direct access to so I can't accept the T&C myself. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

If the client does not accept terms and conditions then the developer token may be terminated. You could ask your client to sign in to their account and review and accept the updated terms and conditions.
