Could you please provide more details on how you got this error? Are you trying to run one of the examples in our Java client library? Regarding your issue, are you trying to use CustomerService to fetch account information? If that's the case, you can refer to this example in our Java client library for details on how to go about it. Same example is available in other client libraries as well. Our Managing Accounts guide has more information on this topic.
