Transfer API permissions from one account to another

I have an API permissions on an account and I would like to transfer the permissions to another account, 

how can I do that?

Hi Shany,

You may share access of your AdWords account to other users using the AdWords UI. However, similar feature is not available via the AdWords API. Let me know if this is the information you need.
