Adwords reporting bug/outage

Is the adwords reporting outage showing INFLATED costs for apr 30, May 1 and today or UNDER-REPORTED costs

We saw a huge spike in costs reported from google on evening of May 1 but not a correlated increase in traffic. We need to know this so we can make decisions accordingly. Please clarify!

Hi Landon,

I regret to inform you that there is a known issue posted on our blog which affects the reports in all Google Ads interfaces, including any report data downloaded via the AdWords API and other means. You may follow our blog post for further information and when will the issue be resolved.

Hi,

Could you confirm if the issue was encountered during 12:01am of May 1 to 4:00am May 2 (PDT)? I asked this because according to our blog post, our team is still working to resolve the issue on the said date.

If the issue was encountered on the other day excepts from the date 12:01am of May 1 to 4:00am May 2 (PDT), please provide the complete SOAP request and response logs together with the customer ID via Reply privately to author so I can discuss it to the team.
