Consolidated Metrics

Hi Team,

I would like to know how to get the consolidated/aggregated metrics for a manager account through Google Ads API.
I have highlighted in yellow what I would like to get through the API in the attached screenshot.

We checked with Google Ads support a few months ago and MCC-level metrics were not available via API. I have verified that this is still the case for v17 of the API, unfortunately.

It would be very useful to have this feature.

Based on the information provided, I understand that you are looking for guidance in retrieving the MCC-level metrics using the Google Ads API. Kindly note that it's not possible to retrieve the MCC level metrics using the Google Ads API. Metrics can be fetched only at the client account level not the MCC account level. The search or searchStream methods only support at the client account level in making the API calls while retrieving the data. This feature will not be implemented because a single MCC account includes multiple sub-accounts, each containing a vast amount of data. It's not feasible to retrieve all the data from these accounts simultaneously therefore, data retrieval is only possible at the client account level. If you try to retrieve the MCC level metrics then you will encounter 'REQUESTED_METRICS_FOR_MANAGER' error.
