tracking url issue for app installs

is there any option available to tracking url for app install campaign through install referrer or otherways like api?

if we get from api can we get campaign data for app install campaigns? or only for search ads and display ads?

Can you confirming if you're referring to this tracking_url (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v13/campaign#campaign.tracking_setting.tracking_url) of campaign? If not, can you further elaborate your use case so we can provide further guidance? In addition to that, you may check this campaign documentation (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/campaigns/overview) for the following campaign types that were supported in the API. Kindly note that not all campaign types in the Google Ads UI are supported in the API. For app install, can you provide us with a screenshot of the data you want to retrieve or further elaborate your use case for app install? Can you confirm if you're referring to this app campaign in the API (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/app-campaigns/create-campaign)?
