Waiting for Standard token for almost a Month

  Hey Team,

I am developing a software that integrates with Meta and Google ads platform. We have succesfully developed the integration with Meta and it is ready for deployment in production but we are stuck with Google Ads deplyment since we have been waiting for the Standard token for over a month.

6 days after I get the attached email requesting for patience. 

From that moment I am blind on the status of the standard token and not even an ETA on when it is going to be approved or if google needs more information to review the case. 

Is there any way to talk with google to get more information about the status of the process?
