improve the description for the fields

Hi,

I want to get the metric search_budget_lost_impression_share  but when I read the description it says: 

'The estimated percent of times that your ad was eligible to show on the Search Network but didn't because your budget was too low. Note: Search budget lost impression share is reported in the range of 0 to 0.9. Any value above 0.9 is reported as 0.9001.'

if it is percentage why the values are between 0 to 0.9 is Gads is dividing it by 10 before sending it? it yes then plz improve the description.

Thank you for raising your concern to our team.

To provide insight to your concern, I can say that the value that will be returned is expected as when the percent will be expressed in decimal, the value will be divided first by 100. With this, the value that the search_budget_lost_impression_share field will return 0 to 0.9.
