Текущий баланс аккаунта

Подскажите пожалуйста примером как мониторить текущий баланс аккаунта с помощью rest api. Нигде не могу найти. Нам важно словить момент превышения порога (при невозможности списания денег с карты) и предупредить менеджера что реклама не смогла оплатится, я то уже не раз реклама останавливалась из-за этого
