How I get the status from the keyword?

In the Keyword Performance Report, there is a field called status, but It doesn't have the same information when I download a report from the clasical interface in my client reporting. In fact, in the client reporting through the clasical interface, there are two fields, status and keyword status, besides of all others status fields (campaign, ad group, etc.), but through the API, choosing the keyword performance report I have just one field for the keyword status (of course I identify also the status fields for campaign, ad group, etc.) and I can't get the same information that I obtain from the Google interface through My client reporting. Please help.

What are the status values you are missing? Consider the ApprovalStatus field, see:
