Doubt about App Rmktg with Server-To-Server Method

Hi 

Im not sure if this topics belongs to this forum, if it not, my apologize and please can you guide me the right forum o support community?

Im trying to create an App Remarketing list using the Server-To-Server method, and I have specific questions regarding the documentation.

One of them is, if I can create whatever custom parameter I want by appending "data." at the beginning of the parameter, or if I must use only the 3 custom parameters mentioned on the documentation, these are data.item_category,data.value and data.action_name.
