No Response to my request of Google Ads API Basic Access

I submitted an application for basic access to the Google Ads API and have followed up via email a couple of times, but I have yet to receive a response. Could someone please provide an update on the status of my application? My Customer ID is 329-192-7327. Any guidance on further steps I need to take or additional information required would be greatly appreciated.
