How to fetch all the Products & Services Categories

I want to fetch and display all the products & services categories using adwords api. can any one please help me out?

Hello,

There is currently no way to fetch a list of product and services categories via AdWords API. You can download a CSV file of the categories by clicking Download this table in CSV format on this page.
