Internal Error when creating smart campaign setting

Hello,

I'm working on creating a smart campaign in golang using the protobuf definitions + grpc from https://github.com/shenzhencenter/google-ads-pb 

I'm receiving an internal error in the grpc response which from a bit of research seems like an unexpected response. I'm working on a test account and this has been occurring even after waiting for a little bit as suggested in other threads. I can provide the request ID as well as the request we are making, would you be able to provide more context about the error?

For details about what I am attempting to do, in separate requests to the API we are creating a smart campaign then after it is created, attempting to create a smart campaign setting immediately after.
