Is there any way which can create Youtube Video campaigns programmatically in my google AdWord account.

Hi Mohan,

Thanks for reaching out. Creating the Youtube Video campaigns via Adwords API is currently not supported. A feature request was already submitted to include this functionality in the Adwords API. Please keep an eye on our developer blog to monitor the updates on the releases.
