where is installed app in Google console

I tried to set option - installed app in API console - http://joxi.ru/Vm6dEYwhx6edpA

But I don't see that option in Google console.

How can I set installed app in Google Adwords API?

To create credentials for an installed application, you need to select "Other" as the application type.
