how can i setup an invoice within BOS using the adwords api ?

Hi there!

we r planning to develop a system using the adwords API to create adwords accounts link to a MCC and a billing account.
it seems like we should and must use the BOS( budet order service) to do the job,
but now here is the problem -------
that we cant find out how to setup a new invoice or select an existing invoice via the BOS.

i checked the API reference and Github library(v201409 PHP lib), but cant find any hint.

Have you gone through the Budget Order Service guide and contacted your Google representative to have a billing customer set up?
