Is there a maximum of accounts to upload in Flexible Budgets Script?

Hi all I would like to know if there is a maximum number of accounts allowed in the script " Flexible budgets " at the MCC level? I have a client who can not upload more than 15 accounts. I do not know if it is setting something wrong or if there is a limit Thank you!!!! Flor
